Touch for Health® Level 1 introduces the basics of Touch for Health® (TFH®) for both lay people and professionals. You will learn the core techniques of muscles testing for the primary 14 energy meridians and the standard balance-as-you-go technique for balancing the body energies. The theory is introduced with the Western reflex techniques that are used to restore balance for dramatically improving posture, alleviating pain and stress, and for enhancing vitality and mental performance.


  • Parents, Athletes, Senior Citizens, Health Care Professionals and anyone who is interested to take charge of their health!
  • TFHK can be easily learned by anyone (with a little practice!), without any prior knowledge of muscles, physiology, vital energy, meridians, etc.


TFH is an easy, simple, safe system of Energy Kinesiology (muscle-testing and energy balancing) with goal-setting and creative visualization. It is experienced fully clothed, sitting, standing or lying down. The Touch for Health hands-on, practical workshops will train you to:
