About The Course

Touch for Health® Level 1 introduces the basics of Touch for Health® (TFH®) for both lay people and professionals. You will learn the core techniques of muscles testing for the primary 14 energy meridians and the standard balance-as-you-go technique for balancing the body energies. The theory is introduced with the Western reflex techniques that are used to restore balance for dramatically improving posture, alleviating pain and stress, and for enhancing vitality and mental performance.

Touch for Health®: Finding Support in Your Recovery Process

Touch for Health® Kinesiology balances the body through muscle testing/monitoring to improve posture and stimulate the body’s own healing ability. It is experienced fully clothed, sitting, standing or laying down. There is no pre-requisite for learning Touch for Health®. Who can benefit from TFH®: Parents, Children, Athletes, Seniors, Health Care Professional and everyone.

Take charge of your health and well-being. Learn specific hands-on techniques that will:

    • Accelerate recovery from illness and injuries
    • Reduce or eliminate many different kind of pain: headaches, backaches, stomach-aches etc
    • Prevent future health problems
