Cynthia is an International Kinesiology College registered Touch For Health^TM Instructor. She learned Touch for Health ™ from Matthew Thie (Director, Touch for Health Education & President of the TFHKA based in USA), and holds a Diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy. She is also a Licensed Brain Gym ® Instructor/ Consultant, and has been in the local Primary School system for 9 years as a teacher, and was involved in Pupil Development as well as Staff Development. She is an active distributor for Young Living Essential Oils.

Cynthia said “I love life, I love learning and I love the indoors and the outdoors. I love sports. After years of heavy sports and heavy bones, i ended up with a slipped disc operation in 2007. Conventional allopathic medicine began and ended with the surgery for me. I had to look for alternatives to support myself. That started my journey into the alternative and complimentary medicine & health and well-being modalities. I’ve had the privilege of learning under several amazing teachers in the alternative and complementary health scene. In 2011, she left the education scene to support her father’s journey through managing his pancreatic cancer condition, and it is in this journey that she encountered amazing therapeutic modalities which include Young Living Essential Oils, raindrop Harmonics, Touch for Health and Jin Shin Jytsu, that supported her father through the times. She then went on to make sharing therapeutic interventions and techniques and promoting self-care as her life mission. She founded Self-care Resources in 2012, and in 2013, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aromasounds United States, leading to the formation of Aromasounds Singapore to promote Raindrop Harmonics in the region.
