The positive changes I noticed in myself during the course is I’m able to understand Brain Gym better. I will tell others about the course that Brain Gym is beneficial to all children and adults disregard of ability and age.
I can feel some positive changes during the course.
I liked most about the course is Brain Gym movement can help me to notice about my brain or body. I am more confident to use and practice the 26 movement more confidently.
